Cleaning of carpets, upholstery and draperies in the house. Cleaning of carpets should be done at least every 12 to 18 months, Upholstery should be cleaned every 12 to 24 months and draperies on a three year schedule.

Clean and inspect the chimnes in the house, wood burning chimneys should be cleaned after a cord to a cord and half of wood has been burned or each year prior to the fire season.

Debris Removal Services
Removal of debris from the house, this service is only offered to maintenance customers of Hassle Free Home Services, Inc. This is a scheduled service for the home owner.

Deck and Patio Services
Clean and seal deck and patio surfaces. Power wash the deck and apply sealant to all wood surfaces. This includes hand rails, flooring and stairs.

The service can be applied to new or existing decks. A new deck will be seal one year after installation. An existing deck will be cleaned by power washing and then sealed with an environmentally friendly sealant. |

Clean and seal asphalt driveways, each year the driveway should be cleaned, cracks repaired and a new coat of sealant applied to the driveway.

Service of the heating and cooling systems bases on the season, service the heating plant in the fall and AC system in the spring. This will ready the system for the approaching season.

Cleaning the house including bathrooms, kitchen, hallways, and bedrooms (entire house). We clean all floors by moping hard floors and vacuuming all carpets in the house. All toilets and bathtubs and showers are clean on each visit.
